hope someone can help, all of my email comps have been returned to me this morning as failed to deliver. I have a sky.com email address, yet I'm getting a link to this google page in the failure message. Not sure what I can do?

I have a sky.com account too and yesterday for the first time ever I was asked to do one of those captcha type things before I sent an email. The message said it was to prevent their accounts being used to send spam emails?!

Is it poss you got this message at some point and didn't notice, it was at the top of the page where it normally asks you to re-sign in after x amount of hours.

Thanks both, I send my email through outlook but will log into sky and see if that helps. I did resend but that didn't work.

sounds like they've put a limit on the amount you send coz of the suspected bulk emails. contact customer services (for gods sake dont phone!! & if you do use the noto0870 to find the non-087 number !!) but from memory I'm sure you can directly contact them through the site.

are u a member of the sky-user site? They normally have the answer to most problems sky customers have.

    Hi All,

I won a PS2 and game through a radio station website back in July; I received a letter stating I had won it and the prize would be sent onto me within 28 days when they had received the prize from the suppliers. I rang mid-Aug to tell them that I was moving home and if they could send the prize to my new address in which he took the details and duly said they would. It's now the end of Sept and I rang them again last week to say that I still hadn't received my prize and I was concerned that it had gone to my previous address (I'm receiving forwarded post from the new occupiers and they don't seem the type to rip me off but then again you never know...). He said he would ring me back the next day to let me know whats happened as he thinks I should have received it by now; he's never called me back and I don't want to seem cheeky ringing him all the time.

Has anyone else had a similar experience and what should I do next-keep onto him or just leave it? I won it fair and square so believe I should have it and I did give him the new address so it's not as if they didn't know but then again it was a competition and what you don't have you don't miss-help!!!

I would definitely call again! If not, have you looked at the comp guide by velvet glove, there is a very useful section there about what to do if you don't receive a prize.
