Hi guys,
After a bit of advice if I may! I recived an e-mail back in October telling me I'd won a years supply of Heinken, which would be 2 deliveries of 12 mini-kegs 6 months apart. The first delivery just arrived and there are only 10 kegs instead of the promised 12 - I'm just wondering if I should complain, or do you think I should just be greatful for what I've got?! Seems like it was probably just a mistake but I've already e-mailed a couple of times as I was told I'd have them in 28 days and it was more like 6 weeks, so I don't want to get a reputation as a winger!! Just for the record , I've seen the delivery note - so I know the courier didn't just take a couple for himself for a christmas bouns!! Ha ha[FONT="]

Hi Tom, I won 12 bottles of Irish whiskey from shortlist.com at the beginning of July but only recieved 10, I did ask about the other two and there was a series of investigation about it, they thought too that maybe the courier had helped himself at first but in the end it turns out they broke two and just repacked and delivered the 10. Anyway eventually I got my other 2 bottles and 1 extra for my wait, so it was definitely worth asking imho

I was just wondering if any other members of MSE were having problems in getting the Loquax website to load up? I haven't been able to view their website for about 2-3 weeks now. I've checked my computers Internet settings and there doesn't seem to be anything incorrectly set. Any ideas, thoughts etc welcomed.0
