Cheers wokkies, yep its my ds that went awol. He turned up on Thursday(?) night saying everythings fine, don't worry and he's coming back over today to show off his new £250 tattoo of Kurt Cobain's guitar & sig, hence the pic of his dad's only tattoo (I designed it, quite proud!) The black boxy thing the baby devil is standing on is covering up his ex-wife's name!!!!

5g citric acid (1 teaspoon)
5g pectolase (1 teaspoon)
750 grms sugar
5g grape tannin (1 teaspoon)
general purpose yeast
yeast nutrient
water to 1 gallon

Tea bag wine is made with the fruit ones from asda...never tried that though..Going to experiment next week..:D

Yeh bella...I made son and his mates cherry brandy 2 years ago..It was like rocket fuel..They accidently left the top off it for 3 weeks as students do then drank it..They keep asking me to make more but they scare me:rotfl:
