I'm back!
I thought it would be about a 30 minute walk there so I gave myself 40 minutes.....it is actually only about a 10 - 15 minute walk. :rotfl:I got within about 2 minutes of the building and there was still 25 minute until the interview. I decided to walk round the block and I still arrived there 15 minutes early. Oh well, at least they know I don't have a problem being punctual! :rotfl:
The interview went OK but it's hard to tell. The last time I had an interview I thought it went really well, to the point of convincing myself the job was mine....and I didn't get that job so I'll just have to sit and wait. They want to take someone on really quickly so I know I'll hear either way soon. I'd definitely enjoy the job. Fingers crossed.:T*Thanks to all who posts comps * :j0 -

It's like a magnet drawing me back home!
Actually, I rushed straight to my pc because during my 10 minutes walk home (!), I realised I forgot to tell them something during the interview, so I wanted to email them when I got in while it was fresh in my mind.:T*Thanks to all who posts comps * :j0 -
Hi guys, was wondering if anyone could help me. I have had 3 missed calls on my mobile today (was cleaning and didnt hear it). They are from an American toll free number. Now I cant think of any other reason they would be calling other than its a competition I have entered. Does anyone know if there is a way I can find out who the number belongs to? I have tried ringing back but it says my international code isnt right. ThanksMummy to Leeland 5, Lakota 4, Lennox 1 and expecting non id twins March 2011.0

A man just walked into my flat, came into the living room, stared at me then walked into Millies room while she was in her cot, I said excuse me what are you doing and he walked out. I locked the door and hes just returned and tried to get in again and started banging on my door. The caretaker is out there now and theres no sign of the man but I'm in tears, really shook me up!!!
Sh*t ring the police now!, Get the weirdo, wish I was there to help you!!!!Thanks to all OPs:AThe Real Chris

Buffy's had her haircut now so she's very grumpy. Unfortunately, she nearly jumped off the table and barged into the nice grooming lady and made her bite her tongue  Anyone would think Buffy had a cunning plan to make her not want to come back and trim her again!

she looks lovely!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Evan (ds) looked at pics and said thats topsy!!! ( he is male so a bit slow, as he saw the pics yesterday and knows that isnt our house! ) xxxxx Im glad she is all groomed and dealt with, so she can chill now!!!! has she asked for extra attention because of her ordeal? xxxxx#JusticeForGrenfell0 -
Yes she has to be (even more) spoilt now because of what she's been through. I've been rolling around on the floor playing with all her toys for half an hour - without getting cross when she plays tug-of-war with the expensive ones and pulls their ears off  Then she's having sardines for her tea (her favourite)
At present she's lying out on the lawn as the sun's out for once, so she's cheered up a bit now!Al Mac Appreciation Society (AMAS) member # 6½
