Bella it's in kitchen on unit up corner where it's really warm. Never use heat trays as its really hot in there.. Its got a blanket round it so its dark and warm and the first step was i poured boiling water over the jam left it 24 hours then today I added the minced raisons, sugar, tannin, yeast and nutrient..Leave for 5 days and transfer to DJ...
