Do you have your pics saved on the puta?


If so click on browse on tinypic to find the pic you want in your puta


When you find the pic, double click on it and the link will go into the box on tinypic.


Then on the resize dropdown box change it from default to message board


Click upload now


When its finished uploading click on the image code for forums and message boards url and then paste on here
