I don't have any scales but I swear I've lost weight since I started walking for my Avon deliveries ... probably put it all back on with the takeaway last night though

Exercise for me has gone a bit out of the window... I even took the car this morning to pick up a red card packet from the sorting office which is about 10 mins walk away. I'm so lazy! Mind you, laziness also stopped me from going to the Spar to get some fruit gums - I couldn't be bothered! The shame.

Sounds like you've got good discipline there toniq... not me. I also sit at a puter all day which is why my !!!! is spreading to the size of the chair. I should be 8.5 stone coz of my height but I'm more than a stone heavier than that. Argh! Anyway, I know it's my own fault coz I'm a lazy eat-a-holic...

Going to step aerobics with my friend on Monday. It's a start!

Yea I'm 5ft 2inches too and it's a right pain... and coz I was a hockey player when I was younger I've got massive calves where there was once lovely toned muscle but now just a wobbly mess!!!! Ha ha!

  • Evening all.

Kerrimouse, I remember having the same problem with bus passes when I went to school (many moons ago). I couldn't get one, cause our house was less than 3 miles away, but someone who got on at the same bus stop, but his house was that little bit further than mine from the stop, got a pass! Madness.

My breadmaker win arrived today, and I have the first batch of bread in there now, so the house is smelling loverly now.

Hope everyone is happy and well.

Off to catch up on todays comps.
  • Oooh, banana and strawberry smoothie would be lovely, thanks...my energy levels are waning!!

I've decided I want to buy a breadmaker (or win one preferably!). I don't eat bread but if I could make my own I would make healthy bread! I've being scouring the web for some deals but there doesn't seem to be any at the moment. I've read that the Panasonic ones are very good but they're so expensive!

    NOW IN COMPING SEMI-RETIREMENT! :D
