hold on ill go look as there is yes and it was in the papers as well as i had the same thing happen with a s/e and nokia,
o2 offer a 24 month thingy, and as you have the recept they just will check and if theres no sign of any delibrate (i cant spell) damage they will replace,
you are a valued client of theres and they wont want you to go elsewere
Online at O2 it says
Warranty
Unless otherwise stated, all equipment purchased from this website is covered by a 12 month manufacturer's warranty from the date that it is delivered to you. In the unlikely event that you experience a fault or defect with your equipment in the first 12 months following purchase please contact mycare@o2mail.co.uk . This does not affect your statutory rights.
So presume instore will be the same 12 month warranty rather than 24 month? The phone was cheap enough anyway & should be able to get a decent discount again so not too bothered if I have to buy a new one, probably go back to Nokia though lol2023 wins - Rice Krispies, Avene Micellar Gel, Barbie Toy, £20 Apple Gift Card, KFC 6 piece bargain bucket, Chloe Nomade perfume, Barbie Toy (second one), Sanctuary Spa Sleep Balm, E45 Moisturising Lotion, Trolls Hamper, 12 Tonie Characters, Sure deodorant, Good Home Utensil holder, £5 Costa Gift Card, Neutrogena Micellar Jelly, Soap & Glory Mascara, Persil capsules,0 -
