Help, Cannot Balance Transfer Away!

in Credit cards
I have spent 4 hours trying to balance transfer £2,000 away from Priority Club Rewards Visa credit card to 4 separate companies; capital one, Halifax, MINT, Barclaycard. All the companies say is that they do not recognise the PCR card and cannot carry out the transaction! PCR say that there are no blocks or issues with my card and there is nothing they can do! I am unable to pay this off in full due to not having enough funds in my current account, so therefore from 11th September I will be paying £50 a month INTEREST. Is this legal trapping me with a high rate of interest? I have been balance transferring for over 10 years and I have never had an issue like this before. PCR is unerwritten by Barclays and their 16 digit string starts with 4265, has anybody elsegot one of these cards? If not but thinking of doing what I have done please think again! If anybody has any suggestions i will gladly listen, thanks for reading this thread.Best Regards.

Have you any credit cards cheques? Or do any of your cards do a BT to a current account then you could pay from there.
Otherwise this is a strange one - I've never heard of it before.
Oh, hope you don't mind me saying, but posting in capitals makes it a bit awkward to read, and is the equivalent of shouting. No need. Thanks0 -
The argos mastercard is like this and thats barclays as well, with Mint you could ask them for some cheques to be sent out , these act like balance transfers you still pay a BT fee.0
