Hello,
I am thinking of getting a credit card for the conveniance, but wondered what 0% interest on purchases for 6 motnhs actually meant. Does it mean that if I have a credit limit of £250, bought a camera for £100 then I wouldn't have to pay off my credit card bill for six months? Also if I were to do this, would it give me a bad credit rating?
Thanks,
Jake.

How do I find the minimum each month, I've been told I can have a tesco one if I want one.0

OK thanks, Im only getting one because I read I shouln't be using my debit card online. I ignored it and two weeks ago someone kindly donated £500 of my money to MuslimAid. Not that I have a problem with money going to charities but I like to pick where my money goes and if it's to a charity i like it to be closer to home. I've always said I wouldn't get a credit card but I think the security of them is better as long as I don't abuse.
Thanks!0 -
Al Mac, I am wondering why you delete all your posts after you have made them ?
You are now classed as a "money saving newbie" when you clearly are not
