    Do you just put the disk in then? Can stupid people do it?:o

    It's got some sort of pathetic little notepad thingy at the mo, would that need uninstalling?
  • yeah you just put the CD in the drive restart the machine (you may have to enter the BIOS with F8 at start up to change the boot sequence so the CD drive boots before the hard drive).

    It gudies you through the installation with prompts ect, then once windows is on you need to install your drivers. Can get XP on a machine in about half hour. Good two hours to get it fully operational with updated drivers/software ect.
