Quiet fridge and freezer? Are Matsui any good?

I'm looking for a matching fridge and freezer to fit into my kitchen/lounge. As my lounge is in the same room, it's very important they're quiet. I found these Matsui ones that will fit:

This is a long shot, but does anyone have these fridges/freezers or similar models of them? Are they quiet? The reviews for the freezer on reevoo.com pretty much all say it's quiet. A few for the fridge say it's very noisy. I'm inclined to believe the bad reviews must have been from faulty products.

Every single fridge/freezer on the dixons site is rated at 39 or 40 dB. An appliance that made that noise all the time would be really annoying; I'm sure most of them only make noise when the compressor is on. Is this correct?

I've been trying to order these things for a couple of weeks but I'm hesitant as I don't want to get stuck with noisy ones...
