These people are amazing.
I always clear my balance before the statement date each month.
BUT
my statement always shows interest 00.01p
small balance write off 00.01p
balance 00.00
min payment 00.00
however i can never get 52 days interest free purchases cos my account never has a 00.00 balance carried forward.
Phone calls can't explain why I get charged 1p and they say they cant refund it cos they write it off.
I say i dont want it written off i want it refunded.
