That looks similar to mine, but I've got the G1220. Not sure what the difference is.

They've got such a good reputation for quality and durability that I'd go for it.

Thanks HC,i have had a look at the one you have,very expensive,over £700!
Now all i have to do is look for the best price and hopefully some promo codes.

Currys and dixons are out of stock,but kitchen science have it in at £337 inc delivery.

Is it?? I didn't pay that. Our dishwasher broke one morning and I scoured the Home Counties by phone for somewhere that had one in stock to take away that day (I don't like washing up ). Got it in Bentalls, Kingston, for under £500 cos it was a show model.

Even an entry-level one will be good. I'm a big Miele fan (can you tell?).

No, it doesn't. I remember now, the lower models don't always have this. It just has the usual basket.
