  • as you have used the term foot, are they only hurting 1 foot.
if so i could only see you being able to try for a refund on the one the hurts.
I know this may sound daft but have you checked that they are on the right feet as shoes can be both right and left footed

If she is wearing them with no tights or socks, then covering the affected parts with Body shop body butter before wearing may do the trick, or else wear tights/socks. You will get nothing back after 6 months!
you could get this kind of hassle from shoes no matter HOW long you have had them, even if they are the right size, just due to infrequent wear.
I have plentgy of shoes I LOVE but wear very rarely, and i know they will wreck my feet of i do not tak eappropriate precautions.
if they are leather you can get a spray which softens the leather.

:rotfl:LOL!!:D :rotfl:If you have no joy with the return of the shoes then perhaps try putting her feet through a long hot wash cycle in the washing machine. Hopefully this will shrink her feet to fit.

  • I really can't understand why shops dont make sexy shoes nicer to wear! Mens flat shoes are full of padding and cushions, our 7inch heels are like brick inside! When will a retailer make sexy, fashionable dancing shoes with a squishy bit under your ball and soft around the edges? It can be done, and I'd pay more for them! When do us girls get to stop suffering!
I don't get the whole girly thing with shoes or bags... I'm a bloke ... I guess I'm not really supposed to.

But why on earth would women buy shoes that would almost certainly be uncomfortable... then be surprised or moan when they hurt!!! You may as well walk about with bare soles for all the difference it makes to us to blokes.

But thats the problem, ALL womens shoes hurt, even some of the flat ones! It's like they make them out of razors! I've bought shoes to be more sensible comfy ones and they kill by the end of the day!

They should be fit for their purpose - take them back to Poundland and get your money back. :D

She has the receipt, bought them but has hardly worn them,as was on a long holiday for 6 weeks. If I put my hand in the shoe,I'm unable to feel any rough areas although she has big blisters on three toes and was walking home the other day almost in tears.Where does she stand with this matter?(or maybe hobble in this matter)

This has to be a joke right ?? surely she should have tried them on in the shop to see if they fitted correctly and didnt hurt, you cant take things back just because they hurt !, what you going to do if you buy a size 10 skirt and then put on weight and become a size 12, are you going to take the skirt back and say it is a bit tight round the waist now it hurts when I wear it !! oh and you say she has had the shoes for 6 months !, what would you do if someone came up to you and started complaining about something they had purchased from you 6 months ago ?, you would tell them to get lost wouldn't you ?.

Tell her to stick a potato in the shoes, this will stretch them and hopefully stop them hurting :D

What kind of shoes are they? If they are flat shoes I'd be a bit more suspicious than if they were high heels. If they are high heels then I imagine the fault is not with the shoe itself, but maybe your girlfriend just isn't capable of walking in that kind of shoe.

I can't walk in heels at 26, so don't think my reply is cheeky, it isn't indended to be so.

  • Theyre flat shoes not high heels. She has three large blisters on her her foot that have burst and caused her fot to bleed while wearing the shoe.It has only effected one foot. Its a bit of a long shot in the dark but I thought I'd try a she's devestated, no its not a joke.I thought you had a year in which something you bought should work as it was intended to,whereby you could bring something back.
I had a similar thing with my shoes, I bought slip on shoes, they were fine when I bought them but after wearing them for a few weeks I had what felt like a big bruise on the top of my foot, the tendons in my foot started to creek when I moved them and my foot started to get stiff, so I just gave up on the shoes.
