Sky HD Wireless video sender

Can any one recommend a method of viewing Sky HD in an adjacent room to the HD box wirelessly please?

This one costs £27.00 and works fine. Picture quality is great and you can change channels using the existing remote.0 -
Its possible to view feeds with one of the above senders, but the picture will not be in high defintion, the only way you can view high defintion is through hdmi, dvi, or component. These senders are put through the scart which will only broadcast at standard definition.
The only way you can view high defintion on the other tv is run a component cable to the next room and use the video sender just to change the channels over from the other box.
