TV for gaming

I've decided to treat myself to a decent sized TV for gaming to go in my bedroom. The room is a decent size so I'm thinking 26" or 32". I just don't know which one to go for. I've heard lots of good things about Sony TVs and after getting an e-mail from amazon, I'm also considering a Toshiba one.
Here are the TVs I'm considering at the moment:

(not that I can really tell the difference between this and the next one...)

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Panasonic, Samsung, Sony, Tosh, LG are all good brands. Apart from the obvious like making sure its got the right connections, go for the one with the highest contrast ratio and fastest panel response time and then look at features such as built in freeview. Make sure that if it has a HDMI socket that it supports HDCP.

For that size I would ONLY go for a sony or Panasonic models if I were you. Philips, Toshiba, LG etc tend to have various 'problems' with their LCD screens ~ especially where 'rapid movement' is concerned (Something that you obviously WILL have with gaming). Samsung im not so sure about, their bigger tvs are really good so id assume that the smaller ones are ok too. But in all honesty im not sure.

Connect it up with a hdmi lead for the best quality and away you go :)
