1. Promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees & immediate families of South African Wines, participating Co-operative Societies, their agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion. 2. All entries must be on an official entry form, & accompanied by a Co-operative till receipt showing a purchase of wine shown within this website. Photocopied entry forms and/or till receipts will not be accepted.
3. No third party/bulk entries. Any such entries will be invalid.
4. No responsibility will be accepted for lost, delayed, incomplete or illegible entries. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
5. Entry implies acceptance of these terms & conditions.
6. There are 15, 0.5 carat diamonds to be won worth approximately £2,000. Each diamond has a certification of authenticity and are sourced in accordance with the Kimberley Accord. The retail value is subjective and is based on the value for which the diamonds would need to be insured for replacement. 100 copies of the Lonely Planet Guide to South Africa to be won.
7. Prizes are non-transferable & cannot be exchanged for cash in whole or in part.
8. The Co-operative reserves the right to substitute the prizes for an alternative of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability beyond its control.
9. The 15 winners of the diamonds & the winners of the 100 guide books will be the persons who have answered the question correctly & in the opinion of the judges, completed the tie-breaker in the most apt & original way. The decision of the judges is final & no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The winner of the diamonds will be notified in writing by 14/10/08. Guide book winners will receive their prize by 14/10/08. Winners may be required to take part in publicity in connection with this competition.
