How to compare if you've just moved house?

Dear all

Please help! My sister has been abroad for a long time and has just returned to the UK, bought a flat and moved in.

She therefore has no utility bills to enter into comparison websites to see which gas & electricity would be cheapest for her.

Any ideas?
