Asda Online Shopping!!

I am so MAD! I made an order with ASDA on the 03/09 and arranged it to be delivered today 05/09 between 10am-12pm it is now 1:43pm and i have made 3 calls to Asda and i still do not have my shopping :mad:

I have been told each time my order is fine no problems and there is no deliverys running late from the store its being delivered from

have been promised 3 call backs and Nothing i feel like screaming at the person on the other end of the phone but its not their fault asda do not know their !!!! from their elbow.

!!!!!!, what's your problem? This is a board for venting, this is what the OP has done, if you don't want to read it, don't bother but it clearly has bothered them so why shouldn't they post?

Yes my shopping got delivered thanks for asking, i got a call about 5pm it was finally delivered at 2pm 2 hours late, theOperator said he would give me £5.00 credit back to my bank and a free delivery code for next time i shopped

The last few orders we have done online with Asda have been late, and as with you, when you call you get told that they are not running late with deliveries from that particular store. For that reason we vowed not to use them online again. At the time we didn't have a car, but luckily do now so can drive to the nearest Asda store, which I find is much cheaper than Tescos or Sainsburys, and with some things, Morrisons!

The thing is they have never been late before they are usually on time thats what made me mad so much daft i know but i had plans this afternoon and this was one of the times that i needed them ti be ontime

Having problems getting my whole furniture order delivered, what is the use of a half built wardrobe.
I waited 8 weeks, now they say I might have to wait another 6/8 weeks till the balance can be delivered.
Apart from the 'contact us' link on the website, can anyone advise, who/where I can write a complaint to as I need to show my opinion of their service.
