nothing, you just need to file dormant accounts every year. cost about £15 and you can request an extended dormant period for that price.

If you don't file accounts, dormant or otherwise, firstly you'll receive a fine, then you go to court and then you go to prison...

It's easy you do it yourself online or pay around £100 and get an accountant to do it for you... it's not very hard... but you MUST file your accounts on time

If that's your reason for wanting to register as a company, please check it's legit. I don't know if it is or not, others will be better placed to advise, but it seems a bit dubious to me.

You can't actually "register yourself as a limited company". You are a living person: a company is a legal entity which wouldn't "die" when you do (though it could we wound up).
