Congrats on the 3...!!
It must be around 750 posts but I am now aiming for my 4 stars but wonder how many posts to get that?A retired senior partner, in own agency, with 40 years experience in property sales & new build. In latter part of career specialising in commercial - mostly business sales.0 -

Having duly noted that extra shiny award I like to think of Pastures as a kind of Dame Helen Mirren of the HB, R&S Board................0

Sorry of I shouldn't post this but this is the board I spend 95% of my time on and I couldn't help myself. Does the third star mean I get any other tangible benefits, discounts or even an MBE now?
What did I press my reply flew away badly worded and only half typed?
Try again.
I heard you get an MSE which is 90% off an MBE. :money:
I'm hoping to get a voucher for 90% off carpal tunnel syndrome treatment when I reach such dizzy heights as 2 stars.
The only other thing I know you must get is a reputation for spending a lot of time on the PC thinking up too many useful replies which collect a thanks. No longer half of Optimisticpair
