Just like to say THANKS to everyone on the forum AND Martin!!! 
With advice and support and an MSE attitude I just successfully managed to get my Broker fee of £500 waived after making a complaint about poor service. It wasn't easy and I was a bit wobbly and upset about it all but I stuck to my guns and my solicitor received a fax confirming the good news today!!! :T :T :T
