I was thinking of getting one of these for my husband, who gambles. My thinking was he'd be restricted to how much he could spend, but still have the freedom to do his own thing. I looked at the website and it seems that you have to pay 2.5% per transaction - is this just the normal credit card fee that they never charge - any idea?
