Repair of bay window

We have a leaking bay window. A builder has just been and said that the window needs re-leading, 12 foot of new fascia, primed and painted, and new guttering section and realignment of the old gutter. He has quoted us £650 - does this sound right? ( I am still in shock!) He is the only one who has actually got returned phone calls and turned up when he said he would, but I want to know if this is a fair price.
Thanks
