fast4 email probs? server sorted!

after getting nowhere sending messages via the fast4 site, i had a poke around the breathe help pages.. be stuffed if i'm paying xx a minute to their 'help'line..
u have copied outlook express setting to the top, as i guess thats what most peeps may use..?
How to add IMAP in Outlook Express 1. Start Outlook Express 2. Click Tools, then Accounts. The Internet Accounts screen will appear. Choose the All tab. 3. All accounts must be removed before continuing. Click on an account, then click Remove. Repeat this process until all accounts have been removed from the list. 4. Click the Add button and choose Mail from the drop down list. 5. Enter the following information, as you are prompted by the Internet Mail Wizard:
