The most popular video will become the Mercedes-Benz “Play of the Month.” Everyone who votes for the winning video has the chance to win a valuable Mercedes-Benz fitness bike. [FONT=Verdana,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif]From February through October 2008, ATP will present the Mercedes-Benz Play of the Month Contest – a series of monthly contests in which you can vote for your favorite Play of the Week video clips for that month. If the play you vote for gets the most votes and is the Mercedes-Benz Play of the Month, you are eligible to win great prizes. Here’s how it works.
Contest description
[/FONT] Each week, ATP will select as the Mercedes-Benz Play of the Week a recent tennis highlight. It will post each one on its website, www.atptennis.com, for fans to view.
Fans may register at www.atptennis.com to vote for the video clip they want to be the Mercedes-Benz Play of the Month. All fans who register and vote for the winning Play of the Month and who reside in one of the countries listed in Paragraph 2 below, will be entered into a pool from which one name will be selected at random as the winner of the prize for that month’s contest. If the first name chosen at random is ineligible, an alternate winner will be chosen. (See below for the Eligibility Rules).
Voting for the first Play of the Month Contest begins on February 29, 2008 at 12:00p.m. (Noon), EDT U.S. time and ends on March 07, 2008 at 12:00p.m. (Noon), EDT U.S. time.

Everyone who agrees to the Terms and Conditions of the Contest and Contest Privacy Statement and then registers may vote for their favorite play, but everyone who registers and votes is not eligible to win the prize for the month. Eligibility to win prizes is open only to those currently residing in the following countries: Germany, the United States (except the states of Florida and New York), the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain, Canada (except the province of Quebec), South Africa, Australia (except the states of New South Wales, South Australia and Victoria), Brazil, Japan, India, Switzerland, Netherlands, Croatia, Austria, Chile, China, Czech Republic, Portugal and Thailand. 3. No purchase is necessary to participate. Contest is void where prohibited.
4. One vote per person will be counted for the Play of the Month Contest. The ATP reserves the right to change, modify, or end the contest if it appears someone is attempting to send multiple, automated entries or otherwise interfere with the contest.
5. Employees of ATP Tour, Inc., Daimler AG, Schmidt & Kaiser Kommunikationsberatung GmbH, Daimler dealers (including any of their respective affiliates or subsidiaries), their family members, and those living in the same household as those employees are not eligible to vote or win a prize.

7. Entries become property of ATP Tour, Inc.
8. ATP will conduct the random drawing for the monthly prize within one week of the last day of the voting period. A representative of Schmidt & Kaiser will contact the winner by e-mail or phone within 30 business days. Before sending the prize, Schmidt & Kaiser will send the winner an affidavit and release of liability and publicity which the winner must sign and return within 14 days of receipt. If the winner fails to return the signed affidavit within 14 days of receipt, ATP will disqualify him or her and select an alternate winner.
9. 10. The decision of the judges regarding winners is final.

In the event that it is not possible to get a signed photo from the winning player of the month, a substitute prize signed by a top 10 player will be provided. The prizes are not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. [/FONT]
