  • problem sorted aparently it was our present cuncil whinging, but weve talked to bent and the housing association and we they hae no problem with us moving in now and have recieved the keys bac again this evening!!:T

    Out of interest, what did the council do to cause you all this upset- it seems this stress was totally unneccesary :confused:

    When you can be bothered- after your unpacking- do put in a formal complaint, they really matter in councils, where the game often needs to be raised and so many "customers" of LA housing departments never complain as they feel so grateful that they now have a home.
    :beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

    Totally agree with Lynz - and when/if you write to the Council, send a copy to your local Councillors too.
