Hi, everyone. I have just watched the video (about 10 times!!) and she doesnt say anything about a top tip. However she does say that you can find useful information on "rubberstamping, embossing and her favourite - decoupage" I am therefore going to say the answer is decoupage. Hope this helps you guys!!0
