Hover over the word Dispatched and click, it send you to the city link tracking page although according to CS because of overwhelming amount of orders they havent had chance to update everyones tracking number (inclding mine) so no idea where my parcel is!!

This is a great example of how not to launch a website. I had an e-mail last Friday to say my order had been despatched but nothing has arrived yet. You'd have thought that they would have been properly prepared to make deliveries but it all appears a bit shambolic. They've obviously seen how much publicity Boffer got with their launch a tried to copy them. Well, they have managed to generate a fair bit of publicity, unfortunately it's nearly all negative. I'm not convinced that I'd want to hand any money over at the moment.The fridge is empty, the walls are damp, there's no hot water
