I had this email too on tuesday 18th and by the weekend was getting concerned as to what had happened to it so i emailed them to check and they sent the following email back to me on saturday 22nd:

Hi *****,

Unfortuntely I believe that some despatch emails have been sent out before the free gift had actually been despatched. Please accept our apologies for this, your goods will be delivered within 14 working days from when the order was placed.
