Skycard - any good?

I got a mail offering me the Skycard yesterday - a Sky TV credit card.
It looks pretty good - 0% on Balance Transfers (charge applies) and purchase until October 2006, plus discounts on Sky stuff and the ability to shove the card in your Sky box and get a statement.
Anyone got this? Are there any catches?
