I bought some trainers at the Bury store last week.
(£42.00) and this week they have taken 2 extra payments from my debit card. They are useles on the phone and say this is happening with loads of people, and I may get my money back next week! They owe me £84.00 and have overdrawn me, so I just wanted to let others know about this.

Tell your bank right away as well (you may still have to argue about going overdrawn but at least it shows you're trying .......).Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0
