Hi, I need a number for asos. They have sent me a faulty dress and haven't bothered to respond to my email. :mad:

    It says that the order telephone number is 0870 0600 888 - though I just put this into www.saynoto0870.co and it came up with some solicitors??
    Just realised the first site above also gives International: +44 1753 44 11 34 which would equate to 01753 441134. Worth a try.

    She told me I have to contact them through the web.
    This is bl**dy ridiculous.

    i managed to phone them once, but the next time i tried i was told that i couldn't be put through to customer services and had to email them as they are an online retailer.

  • There's a thread on here already called "Can anybody help me?" It doesn't say so in the title but that's about a faulty cardigan also purchased from ASOS. You might want to check that out, me4bargains, in case there's anything which might help you from the other person's experience.

  • I managed to get through to the head office and they can't help with any customer queries because dispatches is from a totally different building.

    I was told to email customercare@asos.com and they were very helpful and got back to me by the end of the day. I was told that as they are an online fashion retailer the whole process is completed online (including any customer queries). Best thing to do is email till you get a response....you will get one eventually.
