Saw this in martins email other day.
He said the capped rate has bizzarely been cut. Couldn't find much about it I think it has to do with ScottishPower - Fixed Price Energy Dec 2009 Online. I'm currently on Fixed Price energy Sept 2009.
Can I swap and will it save me more cash other than the extra few months of a capped rate? Is this what his email comment referred to?
