Have put a few comments up for you, please don't take offence. I wonder if there is any way you can up your income? If your partner can get a small part time job this would sort out the deficit and then if your wages go up then you will be able to chuck more at debts.
Always shoparound for the best possible deals. If you look at martins guide on give yourself a payrise that is a good start. There is also an up your income board which is very useful.

Just a couple of ideas above.

Council tax can also be over 12 months as well. Your electricity supplier can also be paid monthly it would help initially.Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

If you have no arrears or anything it may be worth trying to apply for a couple of 0% cards. Have a look at the statements..they usually tell you the APR, and Martin has a guide about them as well.

i think my council will go down as i should get single persons discount
the cable /tv is the internet included too
i dont go to the pub or smoke i just finish work go out on my cycle or go on xbox live,
i worry if i pay the electric monthly it might not get paid0 -
electric is paid quaterly i hurried doing the soa
just guessed the tv liecence i paid it in full in feb
road tax is for the year
mobile has be lowered to that from 99.00
car insurance will be lowered as im selling my car
With regards to the things that are yearly/quarterly, it is best to try and work it out so you know how much you are paying.
So Road tax would be £15 a month.
Electricity would be £53 (I think!).
Otherwise your SOA is out of balance.
If you have already paid the TV licence i wouldnt put it in for this SOA as you dont need to pay again until next year.Debt: just my mortgage0 -

Your council tax will definitely go down by 25%.
The electric should get paid if you set up a direct debit. You could also get a discount for doing this, its worth a go.Debt: just my mortgage0 -
thanks ever so much0
