We did get the dress today after threatening to put pump Slurry from a local farm over the front of there shop and even then they did not honour there commitment, we had to call head office again! They even reprimanded the lady off in the shop that helped us (Tracey) - wow
How can the customer make these people realise that we are important and without us they would not have a business!
The stress they caused last night and today to the Bride is unforgivable!!!
