That URL is parked at GoDaddy (it expired). The previously quoted domain "www.mcsholidays.com" was hosted in Pakistan, so I guess that that's where they are based. The holiday is "free" but "taxes of 397 pounds must be paid" and "this represents a 95% discount".

They quoted a (presumably unrelated) Orlando street address that seems residential.

just got off the telephone to this "Company". I told the man that I did not trust him and did he have a web site that I could refer to and then call him back once I had confirmed what he was telling me. He gave me a website - www.forvacationslocal.com. When I told him that I was at the computer and that site wasn't active he sounded very panicky and gave me the site mcs holidays.com. this also wasnt active so i googled it, which led me to you. thanks guys for keeping people well informed of what goes on!!!!
