3. The prize must be accepted as offered (there is no cash alternative) and is non-transferable and non-refundable.
4. Entries must be made on this official entry form or via the online form at https://www.multiyork.co.uk
5. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, damaged or destroyed.
6. The prize draw will be taken on Friday 21st November 2008 and the winner will be notified within 7 days.
7. No correspondence will be entered into.
8. No purchase is necessary to enter the draw.
9. By entering the competition, you automatically agree to the terms and conditions above.

It no longer has the little message

There is just the webform to fill in and when I filled it in it just said thanks for signing up to receive offers.
