TT have invited me to take up this offer.................

As a valued customer of TT, they have offered me a new 18 month contract with no extra charges (ie £9.99 plus line rental) for the whole works. Plus a wifi router for £15. This I have accepted and am waiting for it.

Someone has suggested I will need to remember the password entered in my current router before I can make the change. Is this so? and what if i can't remember it?

You should have an email or postal document with your username and password which you'll have entered in the router set-up, and if not, TT will be able to provide it again when asked.
