Payments to Abbey Zero

Hi All,

Just wanted to let you know I am having a nightmare trying to make my first payment to my Abbey Zero card.
CS have been helpful but are unable to resolve the problem so I have to go to my local branch to pay over the counter with cash!!!

For some reason when I set up an online bill payment from my Abbey current account it is not recognising the payment. So far I have had 3 returned!

Not sure if anyone else may have a similar problem, CS tell me its an IT glitch!!! Why am I not suprised!!!

  • Have you been refering to your Abbey statement for the bill payment info (including ref no = card no)? And if there's a drop down menu online to make payment to, have you selected Santander Cards Ltd?
