N-power gone up-who to switch to?

Hi guys,
I am currently with n power online 11 whose rates have just gone up to 13.67 for first 700kw and 12.21 the rest(electric only).
I use approx 3600 kw (£450 now!)annually and when searching obviously BG click 5 would save me £113 but i know this has still to go up.
Have you any opinions if I should switch to BG for the short term(weeks) then switch again or go straight to
1.edf price protection 2009(about same as current annual cost)
2.Southern electric fixed disc 2010 online DD who look like may give £40 saving
3.e-on electric 8 looks like £20/30 saving but relies more on 6% for online reads etc and 6% for DD which I would do anyway.

I also have a £130 debit caused by my DD being too low for last year so would have to pay this off presumably before switching!

Any help or thoughts much appreciated,
Mike

  • If it's the eon energy online extra saver v8 that hasn't had a price incr applied yet either.
  • Thanks,it is that one so good to know. The southern electrics i believe have gone up but still seem competitive although i see some poor reviews on the service.Still a minefield and not sure what to do!Mike
