Pre Payment Meter Users Dont Go Near Edf

Hi iam with EDF ENERGY and on thurs of last week i put £15 on my electric and on monday after noon it had ran out ! what? so i phoned them up and they told me about the new price rise and the standing charge of i think she said was 48p per day but i could not under stand were had all my money gone because £15 sees me 2 weeks usually well the lady on the other end of the phone told me that some times the dont take your standing charge off you daily they wait and take a lump some off u which in my case they did surely they can not do this? what if u have a budget ? so i had 5 days of electric and had to pay back pay for standing charge of a month or 2 this wrong does any one else have a problem like this ?. BE WARNED DONT CHANGE TO PRE PAYMENT WITH EDF ENERGY! :mad:
