  • Lara, note if you are updating your router's firmware use a wired connection (Ethernet cable) between it and your computer. Don't rely on the wireless connection.

    It's a PC not laptop. I've checked the driver updates and we have the latest already installed, same for firmware.

    I can't change the channel though as the wireless setting won't let me. It automatically goes to 11.

    At least it's still working though - usually I get booted off after a little while.
  • Can't you change the channel on the router?
