Housing benefits and part time work

Hi, just wondered if any of you knowledgeable folk could help me out here..

I will be studying part time at the open university (60point course) and working part time for less than 16 hours per week. I am 26 years old. I am not in receipt of any other benefit except my course grant (from the open uni)

Will I still be eligable for housing benefit OR will I have to work full time to qualify for an award?

I think you may be eligible for Housing Benefit . Apply to your local Council and see what they say.
