Hello
I wonder if I am entitled to anything at all.. I am self-employed and has been since August 2007.. My projected earnings for the next year are a lot less - around £500-600 per month (due to not enough work available). I am also a part-time tudent. My rent is £800 per calendar month (LHA rate £675 for one-bedroom flat). Can I claim for JSA and HB/CB?

As a student (I believe this also includes part timers) you don't pay council tax. If you live with someone, they get the single person (25%) discount0
