Everything gone huge on screen

I switched my PC on this evening and for some reason everything is now bigger than it was earlier today. I can't work out how to reduce the overall screen size.
If anyone has any ideas I will be very grateful, I'm tired but don't need it this big

Right click on desktop and choose Personalise. From there go to Display Settings and make sure the resolution is right.0
