Win but possible problem?

I had a WEM earlier from a promotions company to say I had won a Teepee from Big Green Smile and asked for my details to send it to me. No mention of who ran the comp, so after searching on here I concluded it must be the Familes Online one, as it finished today and other ppl had WEM's today from their other comps. The only other one was Raising kids but that finished a while ago and winners had been notified last week from raising kids.

Anyway.... the comp page is gone from the website but i googled cached it and it says it is for a TREEPEE. Now...(still with me? lol) These Treepees are £260 odd worth BUT because they come ready assembled can only be delivered to mainland UK. But it did not state this in the T&C's on the families online comp page. If it did I would not have entered!!

However....the pic on the page shows the teepee which is £26 and comes delivered flat pack so it can be delivered here.

So I am confuzzled as to which prize families online were actually offering.
I emailed back my details but had no reply back, so will have to wait and see I guess

From the description it sounds like you have won the more expensive treepee. Maybe they will take pity and deliver it to you?

Hope you get it sorted out, if its the more expensive one maybe they would deliver it to someone mainland for you and you could sort it out from there?

I have read threads about comps not delivering outside of mainland and I think its really unfair!!

Having said that sometimes the actual company who organised the comps are quite human, I recently won an animation summer school which I entered with my 5 year old's details, (have to say all the photos looked like it was aimed at younger children) but when they contacted me they said it was for children 11+, they were happy for me to change the details to my 11 year old step daughter so you never know they may well make allowances, I do hope you get your prize xx:A

i remember a while back i entered the teepee comp and it was not the big expensive one but the smaller one. I think the new bigger one is a new comp. Either way i hope it will be okay
