I have over the last month been attempting to reclaim £333 charges, from goldfish, this includes the interest, after my first request for statements they sent me five years in one package and the last 12months in individual letters, about a week later.
As I knew I had no charges over the last year, I sent my claim letter for the full amount before I received the last 12 months statements. when I got them I found that some wag at goldfish had written the word gay on one of my statements and an arrow pointing to my name, which was clearly visible in the address pane of the enevelope, so I sent a email immeadiately to their customer services, regarding this issue, that was 28 days ago, I received a notice that they had received the complaint with a promise to resolve the matter within 28 days. Subsequently the only communication I have had from them was an offer of £96, (less interest and difference), this was two weeks ago, I sent my second letter saying that I would take them to court but have had no response.
Is this standard sort of response from goldfish or should apply more pressure

I wouldnt know in all honesty. Think its a bit cheeky trying to reclaim interest when its a compound term & condition of using a credit card.

Goldfish are atrocious, hound them vigorously until it’s resolved, apply a lot more pressure
