my daughter has just started college today, she is 16. we cannot get EMA and through the course of her day EMA was mentioned to students.
When my daughter told her tutor that she does not qualify for EMA she was given a application form for LSF.
looking at this application form it says you can only apply if you are 19 and over.
im not sure i understand this, if this is correct why give the form to a 16 year old.
any info please.
